Privacy Policy

4dcheck is an information-only 4D results service. We do not run accounts, do not require login, and do not sell or share your personal information.

Who we are

4dcheck.com is an independent information service that publishes 4D lottery results from Malaysia, Singapore, and Cambodia. We mirror publicly available draw data from the official operators (Magnum, Da Ma Cai, Sports Toto, Singapore Pools, Grand Dragon, Perdana, Sabah 88, STC Sandakan, Special Cash Sweep, and Lucky Hari Hari) and make it searchable. We do not sell tickets, accept bets, handle prize payments, or offer number-prediction services.

Information we collect

4dcheck does not require an account, registration, or any login. We collect only the minimum data needed to keep the site running and to understand which pages are useful to visitors:

  • Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics 4 — page views, country, device type, and IP addresses anonymised in line with Google’s standard IP-anonymisation. Analytics data is not tied to a personal identity.
  • Server access logs — IP address, user-agent, timestamp, and the requested URL. Retained for 30 days for abuse detection and security troubleshooting, after which they are deleted.
  • Cookies — essential session cookies that keep the site functioning, plus the Google Analytics 4 cookie set. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use ad networks.

How we use it

Aggregated analytics tells us which result pages are most useful so we can prioritise reliability for those operators and dates. Access logs are used to detect scraping abuse, denial-of-service attempts, and to debug errors. Nothing collected on 4dcheck is sold to third parties, used for advertising profiling, or shared for marketing purposes.

Children

4dcheck is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The 4D draws we mirror are regulated gambling products in their respective jurisdictions and are not appropriate for minors. We do not knowingly collect any data from people under 18. If you believe a minor has used the site, please contact us and we will delete any related logs.

Mobile app

When the Android (and later iOS) 4dcheck app is released, the same privacy policy applies — the app is a thin WebView that loads this website over HTTPS. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage beyond what is needed for the WebView to function, or any other sensitive device permission. It does not run advertising SDKs and does not transmit data of its own accord.

Your rights

Under the EU GDPR, Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia), and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA Singapore), you have the right to ask what data we hold about you and to request its deletion. Because we do not run accounts, the only personal data we ever hold is short-lived server-log IP entries. To request deletion or to ask a privacy question, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

Any material change to this privacy policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after the date is shown constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
