About Magnum 4D
Magnum 4D was Malaysia's first licensed Numbers Forecast Operator (NFO) and began drawing in 1968. The operator is run by Magnum Berhad and is regulated by the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. Magnum has long been recognised as one of the three peninsular NFOs alongside Da Ma Cai and Sports Toto. The operator's flagship game has always been the 4-digit number draw, with additional side games introduced over the decades to extend the prize structure beyond the original 4D pool.
Magnum 4D is played at a network of physical outlets across Peninsular Malaysia and online via the operator's official channels. Each draw produces twenty-three winning 4-digit positions in total: a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize, ten Special prize numbers, and ten Consolation prize numbers. The draw is held three evenings a week — Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday — with results typically posted to the official Magnum feed by 19:30 MYT.
Games offered
Magnum 4D
The flagship game. Players pick a 4-digit number (0000–9999) and choose between a Big bet (which pays out on all twenty-three winning positions) and a Small bet (which pays out only on the top three prizes — 1st, 2nd, and 3rd). A Big bet pays smaller prizes for the Special and Consolation tiers; a Small bet pays substantially more on the top three. iBox / Permutation play (buying every arrangement of the four digits at a fractional cost) is also available.
Magnum 4D Jackpot
A side game that combines two 4D numbers per ticket. If both numbers match the published Jackpot pair (or specific tier combinations), the ticket wins the jackpot or a secondary cash prize. The jackpot is rolled over until won.
Magnum Gold
A separate 4-digit draw with its own jackpot and prize structure. Players match a 4-digit number against the day's Gold draw. Magnum Gold runs on the same Wed/Sat/Sun schedule as the main 4D draw.
Magnum Life
A daily draw using an 8-of-36 number pool. The top tier pays out as a long-running monthly annuity rather than a single lump sum, which gives the game its "Life" branding.
