Participants who make Bets at an Outlet are subject to the following TOTO Game Rules (Outlet Betting). The TOTO Game Rules (General), whose definitions apply to these TOTO Game Rules, also apply to these Participants (Outlet Betting).
Toto Game Rules Betting
These TOTO Game Rules are subject to the definitions set forth in Rule 2 of the TOTO Game Rules (General) (Outlet Betting). Participation in the TOTO Game at the Outlets is governed by these TOTO Game Rules (Outlet Betting) and the TOTO Game Rules (General), as each may be amended from time to time by the Company, as well as any policies, restrictions, and/or conditions that may be outlined or modified from time to time by the Company.
Toto Game Purchasing Ticket
To buy a Ticket at an Outlet, the Participant:
- Submits a properly filled-out Bet Slip to the Company, an Authorised Retailer, or a Terminal, or requests that the Company, an Authorised Retailer, or a Terminal create a selection of one or more sets of numbers.
- Pays the requisite Stake for the Relevant Draw.
- Receives a Ticket valid for the Relevant Draw.
The player in the TOTO Game 4D Check is in charge of thoroughly inspecting his Bet Slip before putting bets. Once a Bet has been placed and approved by the Company, the Company reserves the right to prohibit cancellation. In addition, and regardless of the circumstances, the Company will not be held accountable for any mistake, discrepancy, or inaccuracy in any Ticket that is not brought to its attention at the time the Ticket is given to the Participant.
Claim for Payment of Prize
A claimant may be asked to present his identity card or another form of identification that the company accepts as proof of identity. The Company may require the Claimant to physically present the Winning Ticket during regular business hours at the Registered Office and/or submit to the Company a duly completed claim form that is available from the Company if the Prize to be claimed exceeds the amount that may be limited by the Company from time to time. The Company adheres to the rule that pays the owner of a winning ticket. Because lottery tickets are bearer tickets, the company is not required to confirm that the ticket’s bearer is its legitimate owner. The Company’s determination of who owns winning tickets shall be conclusive and final. To be clear, the Company, its officers, servants, employees, and/or agents shall not be liable in any way to any party, and in particular, any Claimant, with respect to any payment of the Prize to a Claimant presenting a Winning Ticket. This is without limiting the generality of Rule 8.6 of the TOTO Game Rules (General).
Valid Ticket Requirements
The information recorded in the Company’s computer systems shall be acknowledged by the Company as the correct information for the purposes of these TOTO Game Rules (Outlet Betting) and for payment of a Prize in the event. To be clear, this Rule 4 does not limit, exclude, or affect the other requirements outlined in the TOTO Game Rules (General) and the TOTO Game Rules (Outlet Betting) that must be met before a Prize claim on a Ticket is payable.
Payment of Prize
- Prize payments for any draws must be made on the days and in the ways that the Company determines from time to time.
- Any Prize won via a Ticket will be paid to the person who presented the Ticket, which will fully discharge the Company’s responsibility for that Ticket.
